Nettles have a wide variety of vitamins and minerals in addition to several plant compounds. They are what give the plant its anti-inflammatory, antiviral, antioxidant, and antibacterial effects. This herb offers many other health advantages, including fighting against cancer and alleviating the symptoms of arthritis and rheumatism, in addition to helping the body cleanse by boosting liver and kidney function. Parsley
